Roker Pier and Lighthouse, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.
Images captured on an unseasonably warm February afternoon with the temperature in double figures and a lovely warm glow to the sunshine.
Some long-exposure work here to smooth out the sea and blur out people enjoying a stroll along the pier. Shutter open for 50 seconds for the views looking toward the lighthouse. Couldn't resist the shot looking towards Seaburn with the White Lighthouse picked out by the sun with the sandy beach in front and a great cloud filled sky above.
What a great way to spend an afternoon...
